A healed horizontal linear fracture extends the length of the vault from right frontal to parietal. The fracture is visible but healed on the endocranially surface.

A healed vertical linear fracture extends inferiorly from just posterior to the left coronal suture and temporal line, traverses the parietal and greater wing of the sphenoid, and terminates below the left sphenozygomatic suture.
