The puncture lesion is located on the left frontal at the temporal line. It is slightly pronounced ectocranially and considerably pronounced endocranially. The endocranial surface shows a hinge fracture complementary to the depressed concavity on the ectocranial surface. The healed lesion indicates an anterior to posterior direction of entrance of the sharp object.
