The left zygomatic exhibits a healed, comminuted fracture displaced medially. This injury affects the external and orbital surfaces of the zygomatic, and the zygomatic arch.

A healed fracture of the right zygomatic process of the temporal also involves the lateral portion of the glenoid fossa and the articular eminence. The supraglenoid gutter retains remnants of a fracture callus.
