Unknown Unknown
A small (3x5mm) depressed fracture of the midline at midfrontal is evident. Significant periosteal reaction is visible endo and ectocranially, largely along the pathways of the sagittal, transverse and sigmoid venous sinuses, and throughout the diploe of the parietals and occipital. An apparent infected frontal sinus led to extensive bilateral periosteal reaction and inflammation of bone above the supraorbital foramina, and over the right and portions of the left maxilla.
