A depressed fracture at glabella is also visible on the right endocranial surface. The fracture site includes the entire interorbital region. Damage to the area of the left supraorbital neurovascular bundle is apparent. A patent right frontal sinus, associated with the injury, is present at the medial orbital margin, and a small linear fracture occurs just inferior to the opening. Torsional bending has caused fracture of the medial orbital plate of the right frontal. The direction of force is from left to right. Fracture to both nasals and the right frontal process of the maxilla are present. Advanced stages of healing have occurred.
