Scientific notes

Fractures are present on the cranium, on the frontal and zygomatic bones. Fractures are present on the right ulna, coccyx, right tibia, and right and left fibulae. Fractures are antemortem and consolidated.

Fracture from the coronal suture to the supraorbitar crest, theres also a fracture in the zygomatic arc.

  • Blunt force trauma. A linear fracture runs across the frontal where one radial fracture can be observed, with a continuous force through the weakened surface of the face. Malar and temporo-zygomatic suture with shearing.

Lateral tibial plateau with depressed fracture.

  • Tibia and fibula- old fracture, consolidated. Fusion at the distal third of the shaft with the superior fibular articular facet. Surgical treatment with two screws without the lateral condyle alignment.
