Joint disease
Severe osteoarthritis of the left hip. Note the abnormal contour of the femoral head. The acetabulum shows severe porosity and eburnation, with enlargement of the joint. There is marked marginal lipping superiorly and posteriorly. The left femur shows the marked degeneration of the joint surface, with ebumation and marginal lipping.
