Fractures are present on the right ulna, right radius, right tibia, right fibula, right calcaneus, and left fifth metatarsal.
Skeleton shows bilateral dislocation of the shoulder joints. A secondary surface joint is present on the right and left anterior scapulae as a consequence of the shoulder dislocations.
