Scientific notes
Fractures are present on the nasal, three right ribs, left humerus, left ulna, left fibula, left calcaneus, and left cuboid. A fracture is present on the left scapula with an anterior secondary articular surface. Fractures are antemortem and consolidated.
The injuries observed on the left scapula and left humerus are related, and consistent with chronic dislocation of the shoulder.
