Multiple trauma with blunt head injury, left front and right shoulder, probably suffered in a military conflict. Some wounds were infected, probably by pyogenic germs responsible for osteomyelitis, which left considerable consequences on the mobility of the right upper extremity and perhaps ocular, but that did not prevent a prolonged survival.

Scientific notes

Right humerus fracture, upper shaft. Slight internal rotation and displacement of the humeral head. The scarring has resulted in a thick fracture callus, spongy bone inside which shows open fistulous, good consolidation.
