The lesions are observed in both knees, with osteolytic lesions at the distal epiphysis of the proximal femurs and tibias, which destroys the right tibia in the anteromedial portion of the epiphyseal edge, while the left side is fistulous hole circular conical, larger surface in the metaphyseal cortex. The femoral right condyles are deteriorated in its posterior. In metaphyseal areas of the shaft, distal femoral and proximal tibial show moderate osteolytic reaction, which exposes the cavities of the spongy tissue. Gonartritis TB (1986), confirmed by DNA testing (1998).
