Fractura colli ossis femoris recens - An unhealed fracture of the neck of the right femur. The breaking line is very steep on the front side of the neck.

  • An unhealed fracture of the neck of the right femur. The breaking line is very steep on the front side of the neck (Pauwels III), on the lateral side of the neck it passes through the margin of the auricular surface.

  • On the dorsal side of the neck it splits of a triangular segment from the diaphysis. The edged of the break surface are without marks of healing.
