Arthritis cubiti dextri chronica posttraumatica - The situation after a splintary fracture of the distal end of the humerus.The ulna is luxated backwards and proximally. The head of the radius is asymmetric.

Fracture with luxation.

  • Anterior view. The situation after a splintery fracture of the distal end of the humerus. Both the troclea and the capitulum of the humerus are desvastated. There is a rough surface and porosity on the remnants of the pulley.

  • Posterior view. The ulna is luxated backwards and proximally, which was the cause of the smoothening of the trochlear notch and the disappearance of its articular surface. The newly formed rough articular surface is on the coronoid process. The head of the radius is asymmetrical.
