Right fibula distal end with oblique fracture, osseus callus. At ligament insertion talo - fibular no articular pathology maximun grade (3).

Right clavicle old consolidates comminuted fracture. Shortening and angulation in the shaft. As fracture consequence exostosis at the lateral ephyfisis of the clavicle.
Both clavicle show the costal impression (tuberosity) that anchors the costoclavicular ligaments, wich strengthenes the sternoclavicular joint, more pronunced in right clavicle.

  • Inferior plane, clavicles. Right clavicle comminuted fracture with shortening and exostosis. (Skeleton, burial 1 of the MC).

  • Right ribs, at the medial articular facet for articulation with the transverse process of the thoracic vertebrae exostosis as a consequence. (Skeleton, burial 1 of the MC).
