  • Brucellosis Infectious
Probably an early example of brucellosis, but may be osteoarthritis or early-stage tuberculosis. The lumbar vertebra shows an excavation of the anterior, superior body with a large osteophyte extending in an anterosuperior axis. The radiograph of this vertebra shows a large area of trabecular sclerosis adjacent to the lesion.

7 photographs are recorded for this lesion but are no longer retrievable: the server that held them is no longer reachable. The records themselves are unaffected.
