The left zygomatic is depressed into the temporal fossa. The fracture line radiates vertically from just inferolateral to the zygomaticofrontal suture through the middle of the zygomatic, terminating at the site of anterior attachment of Masseter. The fracture is clearly visible despite extensive healing.
