Fractures of the distal two-thirds of both nasals and adjacent frontomaxillary processes at the infraorbital border have resulted from blunt force trauma in a posterior direction. Consequently, the left and right nasal margins are crushed and separated at the midline. Healing is evident. The floor of the right orbit shows a depression possibly due to a healed fracture and/or to expansion of a soft tissue lesion that may have followed the nasal injury.
